Penfield Cable Access TV exists as part of the FCC's directive that Cable TV providers designate certain television channels for community use. This is known as PEG Access (Public, Education, and Government Access). The purpose of PCTV is to provide community access programming that informs, educates, instructs, or entertains residents, groups in the Town of Penfield. PCTV provides residents and organizations with the facilities, equipment, and staff guidance necessary for the production and airing of independent produced programming.
